What is GriefShare?

After the funeral, when the cards and flowers have stopped coming, most of the people around you return to their normal lives. But your grief continues and you feel alone.

Often, friends and family want to help you, but don’t know how. That’s the reason for GriefShare. Our group is led by caring people who have experienced grief and have successfully rebuilt their lives. We understand how you feel because we’ve been in the same place. We will walk with you on the long path through grief toward healing and hope for the future.

GriefShare is a special weekly seminar and grief support group that offers help, hope, and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend.

  • Griefshare will resume on August 9th at Crosspoint Baptist Church. We meet every Thursday from 7-8:30pm. You are welcome to attend at any point during our seminars. Each session is “self-contained,” so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will be able to pick up any sessions you missed in our next 13-week cycle. All participants must be registered in order to attend. To register, call 215-723-2002 or fill out the registration form below. There is a $20 fee for the workbook. However, scholarships are available for anyone who is unable to afford the workbook. Please call 215-723-2002 for scholarship information.
